Where can I get Driver for my LG290c phone?

Where can I download a Driver for my cell phone to communicate with my Acer Aspire 6930 OS Vista Home Premium. I have cable but computer says it can not find driver. Tried internet but after about 6 different driver programs none could find the right one. I have the cable to go between the USB and the phone (LG290c) but as I said they will not communicate with each other. There was no CD with the phone either. If I can't do this can someone tell me how to email the pics on the camera phone to myself.
