Ordered Verizon specific charge port, phone will not recognize

Where did you order from?

These things are easily mixed up.

I suggest speaking with the seller to get a return or exchange.

I bought a charging port from a different supplier, installed it and got this message. Put the original back it - works.

It was most definitely a bad part, FYI! Problem solved with a charging port bought from a different supplier.

I had tried 2 different ones from same supplier and had same issue. They must’ve had a bad batch.

A good reminder to think about the parts you’re using, it could always be that!
