Keyboard and touchpa not working.
Both my keyboard and touchpad aren't working ,thought it was a hardware issue till I booted my computer to an error screen and the touchpad worked fine,I can't log in or anything.Any advice?

Since we have no idea what model this is it is hard to diagnose it. I'd recommend trying an external usb mouse and keyboard if that is an option on this unknown model. If you can get in to the device you may be able to clear the drivers that are faulty to fix this issue.

Hey thanks for a reply it's a x551m also I recently went from 32 bit to 64 bit windows so maybe that has something to do with it.Thanks again
