Why is my 95 Scottsdale not shifting?it has an electric shifter.need

Need to know how to reset the computer. Perhaps it was never reset...after the transmission was replaced... it's not shifting at all... and usually when the transmission goes out.. you at least have one gear it will shift into... it was underwater for a time during a flood... this electric shifter set up is quite a problem. Help!
