iPhone 5 water damge
my phone was in sea for 5 sec
when i catch first was on after one 1 min he turned off
i have opened and remove the EMI shields from the board and then i cleaned whith alchole water damge
but the phone doesn t turn on
what to do

Congratulations for not putting it in rice and actually trying to displace the water with alcohol (IPA)!
Unfortunately, if the phone did not turn on after you did a decent DIY cleanup, then there is probably water underneath some of the IC's (causing shorts) or some components may have failed. Plus salty water is the worst kind of water for your phone to fall in. At this point, if you want to recover data (or attempt to fix the phone, which is not always viable), your only real option is to have it looked by an experienced repair shop that specializes in water damage repairs.
