This video and pic was taken when I initially found the problem. Afterwards I took the carb off and disassembled it, cleaned it out and found sand on the tip of the float needle. As I was doing this, I checked the fuelcock for a leak. I turn it on the different sets and it flowed when it shouldve, and it cut off when it should've just fine. I then put the carb back on and got it running perfectly for only about 7 seconds, then it started to leak again.

@fa50suzuki1983, Victoria, It appears to be leaking from the overflow nipple. You may want to consider replacing/rebuilding the carburetor if you have already found dirt in it. Could be the float needs to be adjusted to stop the flow of gas from overfilling the carbs bowl, bad/damaged float needle or seat(replace both perhaps). Find below links to your service/repair manual, schematics of carb. and possible replacement parts, which you can also do a search on perhaps for better pricing, last link are various guides and info. available on ifixit site that you may also find of interest. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

I've taken out the float PIN and put a cut Q-tip in my drill like a bit. Shine the inside of the tube with some polish on the Q-tip. This will give you the cleanest seal possible. I also put s kill switch in the line.
