One day the sound stopped I've tried everything I've made sure that every volume has been turned up external speaker works with Bluetooth or to plug in that if it's plugged into the Jack the Google and woman comes on continuously interrupting everything but I guess that's normal I have heard I don't know if the speakers just blown but I don't know why you never had it up too loud but I have to have an external speaker so I can hear it ring and hear all my notifications

Go to the play store and install the "SoundAbout" app. I had the exact same issue with my HTC Desire 626 and (surprisingly) this was the answer. I believe I had to restart my phone after I installed and opened the app before the sound started working again. It's crazy how all of a sudden the sound can just stop and idk what it is exactly about this app that fixes it but I was amazed when I heard my phones notification sound after going for so long not being able to hear anything, missing calls and notifications, not being able to locate it by making it ring from device manager, etc.

Well the phone has dual speakers. Not surprised if one of them went bad.
