Why is my phone stuck on Google, it seem to be froze
My phone seems to be stuck on Google , I have reset it and nothing seems to change

It seems that you've encountered bootloop of death, you have to RMA your device. Or you might've encountered a problem that I've also encountered when using Android O. If that's the case then downgrade your system to 7.1.2 on Android Beta page, then factory reset by turning off your phone, pressing Power + Volume Down and wait few seconds until you'll load into bootloader, then using volume buttons select "Recovery Mode" and press power button, then hold power button and click volume up and you'll see a screen with device info and a menu, navigate to "Wipe data/factory reset" using volume buttons and press power button, select yes, and then select reboot system now, it should be fixed if you had the problem that I had.
