2006 Nissan Altima Wont start.. Fuel pump comes on

For a week reads gas empty and gas light on. And under my mileage bte blinks. There is plenty of gas..

If i flip key off on off on the gas gauge will read correctly..

Today i shut it off. And it wont start. I can hear the gas pump come on.
