Factory Audio System Barely Makes a Sound
My cars audio system turns on but I can only faintly hear it. The deck unit itself seems to work properly, I can tune a station and toggle volume but barely hear anything. The speakers don't seem to be busted because there's no crackling and what little audio I can hear is pretty clear. Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it?

Have you tried playing a CD to listen if the volume is OK?
If it is OK perhaps there may be a problem with the car's radio antenna connection or if it has a 'power' antenna (powers an amp in the antenna circuit , not physically powers the antenna up and down) maybe the fuse for it has blown. Just some thoughts.

The CD player seems to be broken on it. I'm gonna take a look at the antenna but I'm thinking I just need to replace to stereo itself.
