without any drop my screen is black doesn't respond ...why?

The colours and the light on the screen was dull,so i tryed to restart my phone,but when it restarted the screen was black ,the small led above the screen is blue,the home button and the two touch ones are working!

conclusion...phone is working,the screen is not.

What can i do?
