LG branded panel image retention

Hey guys.

I've replaced the LCD panel on my 2012 macbook pro retina with 2 different LG panels and have the image retention problem after a few days use.

I can't seem to source a compatible Samsung panel for this model.

My question is

A) Would anyone be able to direct me to a supplier who has the 2012 Samsung panel in stock

B) in the event that I can't get a Samsung panel,I've noticed the only difference with 2012 model and the 2013-2016 models is the webcam connector is different. All other connectors seem to be identical.

Would it be possible to use a different year screen with 2012 model and just not connect the webcam??
