Can I replace my iPhone 5c motherboard with the one I have in iPhone5s
My iphone 5s is icloud locked and i was thinking that if i replace it's motherboard with iphone 5c's motherboard? Will it work or not?

Won't happen.
The motherboard has all of the necessary components in itself, so the motherboard is basically the phone. Even if the 5s motherboard worked with a 5c case (which it doesn't) the phone would still be the same locked iPhone 5s. The connections are different, the screen is different, it just won't work. A 5s motherboard in a 5s case, and 5c motherboard in a 5c case. Sorry. Ifixit sells good parts. Buy a new 5s motherboard from them, or an entirely new phone. You can get a 6 for about $250-350 refurbished from amazon, or anywhere else.
