tv power on you have serval white ligth flashing on and off

tv power on you have several white light flashing on and off when i remove the back panel can see a pic but not great, change the led driver board and the power supply, still with no luck, is it the lcd stripe at fault, of could it the tcon board, or the main-board where u can connect HDMI and the Arial , need advise or any help.
