Did you remove the ribbon cable, found in [无效指南链接] and if so have you made sure you reattached it correctly?

you probably broke the home button extension cable when disassembling. It doesn't take much to rip this fragile cable.
Check to see if its ripped. If so you'll need to replace the backlight film (includes 3d touch, and home button extension cable)
