One Led Light Is Missing Off Logic Board

Hi there, I tooked out my logic board to get a real close look at these famous LEDs lights. I saw the leds 1 through 4 and i think 5. However 1, 2 and 4 were attached to the logic board and where LED light 3 is suppose to be, it's just and empty space. All the other LED have the small lamps that's lights up green to let you know what is going on, however the led lamp for number 3 is missing. So will you say the logic board is gone, or I can still save this IMAC. Thanks for your help
