3 New iFixit battery won't accept a charge
I just replaced a battery in my iPhone 4S using this kit - iPhone 4S Battery
Everything went very smooth. No apparent problems. Phone powers on just fine but will not take a charge. I've tried 2 different cables. Nothing happens at all. I tried plugging the USB into my PC and I get a warning of "Power surge on the USB port."
Then I get this window afterward:
