Why my gopro hero 5 cant turn on?

This problem happen when i updating the new version firmware.in the middle way the updating was loose and my camera display blank but the red led still on..iget to restart the batery but nothing happens with my camera.then i take out the sd card and install back the camera still cant turn on but the led sign was on.what is the problem.is the sd card or need to replace batery or motherboard faulty.thank you for your answer
