Why is there coolant on my coil ignition starter?

My engine light came on when my car was miss firing. Coil 1 was bad . Went to replace it, when I pulled coil out coolant was all inside.

I don't know much about modern Japanese cars, but I have worked on multiple old German cars. Let's see if I can help. Is there any radiator hoses running over where the coil is?
