Have No idea Whats wrong with my PS4. I have replaced the power supply (it was a second hand). And sometimes(1out of 50 tries) i can get it started but it shuts down by itself after 10-15 mins.
It is impossible for me to get it into service mode. I have made a video so you Can se how my ps4 reacts. Could it be a motherboard problem ?

Try the first
Try using the PS4, power cord and HDMI in.. Hold down the power button until it beeps twice. If you get to Safe Mode at this point than follow the safe mode guides
Here's a video you can try after that, which uses spacers over the heat sinks, to help the ps4 along

Sorry. Forgot to mention that I have tried with the spacers. You can see them in the video it is the little black ones.
And I have tried to get it to safe mode a lot of times it's just shut down when I hold the powe button.
