@maryannebrilley do you still see a menu clearly? It is possible that this is a bad panel....Remove the back of your TV and check the boards for any obvious damage. Post some images of th boards with your question. use this guide 在已经存在的问题里加入图片 for that. It will allow us to see what you see.
