Why is my MX box freezing?

Whenever i Plug in The mx box it starts up normally. Until 1 minute later it freezes and does a loud beeping sound. I tried turning it on and off again but this only seemed to make the problem happen faster. The box only has one application installed and it is a trusted app. I bought two of these Boxes and only this one particularly has this problem.

I Would appreciate some help as this box cost me a good sum of money.
