Charger port light is ON, rest of computer isn't working.

The light on my charger is on and so is the light on the input port for the charger on my computer, the rest of the computer is showing no signs of life.

(I'm using an HP Pavilion Sleekbook laptop)

Already tried:

Removing battery & Adapter, holding Power for x Seconds, plugging in adapter

Rapidly pressing Power

Changing the charging outlet

Unscrewing the entire laptop and blowing away some dust/gunk I found

Someone suggested I reseat the RAM but I do not know where it is on my computer.
