@gigabit87898 , Ok, plastic dent removal, must heat dented area(heat gun, carefully) and push dent with a blunt object(push on center of dent) when plastic hot and (hold till cool), you can over push a little but not too much. Plastic does have a memory so hopefully it will form nice and stay when cooled if not repeat heat and push again. Now as far as sanding, I am no sure how bad the scratches are but if bad maybe start with a 600 grit paper(wet sanding works best) then go to 800/1000/1200/1500 depending on how far you want to go. Then it is time to Buff/Polish , polishing pad on a drill will work with a little compound on the pad again keep it a little damp(not wet) and keep it moving to prevent over heating plastic.
Giga, if you are going to be doing these fixes quite a bit, there are headlight restore kits available consisting of all the materials you may need. I will post a couple of the kits for you to check out, along with a vid,s on them polishing a plastic headlight as it will be similar to what you want to achieve. Good luck.
I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

@gigabit87898 , Now that I see what you are dealing with, maybe just sand and polish and live with the small dent like imperfections, gouges like that normally get filled with a little plastic fill and sanded smooth, primed and repainted, probably more work than you want to do. Good luck with your device.
