Can I move the complete internal assembly from one band to another?

The first time I noticed my Charge HR bubbling up, I requested for a replacement from Fitbit. But the replacement unit was DOA as the battery was 0 and not charging. So I got a 2nd replacement which is now OOW and bubbling up as well.

Since my first unit is still intact and not bubbling up, I was wondering if it was possible to remove the complete assembly (inc. display, battery, HR sensor, PCB) and put it into another band easily. I know I'll need a T3 screwdriver, but can it be done? Thanks.
