The hdmi port is loose in tv. how do I repair it

Without the exact model I can't be specific but If the component is cracked off of the board the easiest way would be to look up the board for your model and replace the whole thing. It is fairly strait forward swap. Fixing the board itself would require some soldering skill and if the damage is extensive there may not be a way to effectively repair it.
