Kamera schaltet nicht ein

Beim Identifizieren "Hello Gesichtserkennung" kommt die Meldung: "Kamera wird eingeschaltet". Anschließend tut sich nichts mehr.

Wenn man mit dem Pin einsteigt, funktioniert die Kamera einwandfrei.

Was kann ich tun? Muß das Gerät eingeschickt werden?

Are you connected to the internet when you try to sign in using Windows Hello?
