my Epson printer stopped printing in the middle of a document and now will no longer print. The queue is empty, I have replaced the ink, I have run all the tests (which won't print out), rebooted, called it names, nothing will work. The document is sent to the printer and the printer acts like it's printing but the paper comes out either blank or with little tiny light marks on it. I have run the nozzle cleaning. WF2540

1. type "Services.msc" in search
2. Double-click "Printer Spooler" in "Services"
3. Click Stop and click OK.
4. type "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" and delete everything in the spooler list
----------
type "devices and printers" in search and select "devices and printers"
-Select your printer and right click and select "remove device"
-Then on top of the page on the menu bar click on "add printer"
* windows will now search for available printers connected to your computer through USB
* select the appropriate printer that you want to set up and click on add device
------
Now Unplug the printer from both your PC and its power source.
Press and hold power button for 10 seconds on the printer
Now plug it back in
try printing a draft now and let me know the results

Steps were working up until 4 WITH %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers
I got to system 32 and then spool with the options
drivers
PRINTERS
prtprocs
SERVERS
tools
V4Dirs
The first one was an HP and now this EPSON with the same problem.
The epson only worked for one print then decided to print blank pages.
All ink levels full I usually print BW anyways. Is this company software
trying to get me to buy another?
I need EEPROM on EPSON wf-2540 to upload using utility printhelp.if anyone has please send to leha.pechenkin.74@mail.ru

He said he Replaced the ink, Thats very little help for how much rep you have, id expect more. Read the 2nd sentence "I have Replaced The Ink"
