iPhone unable to find WiFi Networks

Hi, I've been having issues with the WiFi not working on my current iPhone 6 Plus. My phone will allow me to connect enable and disable WiFi, but it doesn't seem to be displaying any of them. I tried using the other networks option and inputting the information from there but it tells me that it can't find any networks with that name. I am unsure if Bluetooth could also be affected since I don't have any Bluetooth devices. Cellular data seems to work fine though. I've been searching through iFixit and I found these two parts that may help me:

iPhone 6 Plus Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Antenna

iPhone 6 Plus 5GHz Wi-Fi Antenna

The question is, which one do I need? What's the difference between these two? Or can it be another issue? A response would be greatly appreciated.

First back up your data and do a factory reset of the device to be %100 it's hardware and also check the warranty on your device as apple might fix this for FREE!

The wifi display is quirky, especially when it is trying to establish a connection, during which the list of network will not refresh.

That's just how this phone works, at least for a certain wifi chip vendor and iOS version. If the phone is able to connect to 2.4G and 5G wifi, do not attempt to do anything as it just wastes your time.
