Android that keeps in rebooting and the recovery mode does'nt open

Guys my android phone seems rebooting its self,so I tried to fixed it but the problem is I can't fixed it with the Recovery mode .My Recovery mode won't appeared or open anymore once I tried to open the mode , the word Recovery mode in my droid seems nothing to appeared it turns to White screen like a system error white screen with its Samsung logo blur at the background and nothing to appeared or progress

And now I don't know what to do,and I'm still confused why the Download mode seems ok no problem to open but the Recovery mode ahh to long to explained

I hope that you were help me and understand my problem .

And pls if there some that can help pls give me an another way to fixed it with the help of pc,laptop,or tablet etc.
