Inter-compatibility of iMac EMC2133 and EMC2210

Are 2.4 GHz(EMC 2133) and 2.6 GHz (EMC 2210)iMacs inter-compatible as far as logic board replacement and other components i.e. Wifi,blue tooth etc.?I would like to replace a 2.4Ghz logic board (EMC2133)with an 2.6 GHz (EMC 2210) logic board but want to keep the other components which are still working.
