Hi, Just to clarify, the spelling of the words goes from right to left is this correct e.g. tfel ot thgir? Are they upside down as well?
Have you tried pressing and holding for about 10 seconds the reset button on the back of the tablet (not sure with your model but you may have to use an opened paper clip as the reset button might have to be accessed thru a hole - hopefully marked reset? There may also be a hole on the front / front edge of the tablet DO NOT stick anything in there as it most probably is the microphone entrance hole.
