My phone keeps in rebooting and the recovery mode does'nt open

Guys pls help! My android phone Samsung V Duos SM-G313HZ were keeps in rebooting and I do all method to fixed it.But the problem is I can't open or set my android to recovery mode,when I try to open the mode my phone turns into white screen with the logo of my android.While the download mode were seems working not the recovery mode..

What should I do to fixed this recovery mode to proceed fixing rebooting issue on my android ...
