This is going on for about a week now. My phone is charging but my battery is getting lower. If I leave the phone and don't use it it will charge, but as soon as I unlock it the battery starts dropping (this only happens when its charging). How do I fix this? I tried two apps that should help but they didn't. Is anyone having this issue?

Hello! What is the power output of the charger that you are using? The original charger that came with the Galaxy S5 output 5V @ 2.0A. If you're using a different charger, and it's outputting less amperage, it will charge slower. With a low enough amperage rating, that charger may not be able to keep up with you using the phone, which will cause it to discharge while still on the charger. If you are using the original charger, try using a different charger, and let us know if that makes a difference.
