Water spill on MacBook Pro

As I was away, my friend accidently spilled water and apparently there were few drops of water at the back of the screen and around the back of my macbook pro retina 13'' bought in December 2014.

My Macbook pro was lift up straight away from the table, the water drops cleaned and the power cable was removed.

The mac was left unused for 2 days to dry, screen down.

As today, I have the following issues:

- the battery level (event happened when it was charging and was at 96%) has dropped to 95% then 94%, 93% and now 92% drops 1% each other day.

- mac is much slower to start, save, work

- internet is much slower

- Bluetooth is not working

- I cannot import files via usb

- As soon as I remove the power cable, the mac switches off and the calendar goes back to 01/01

- I wonder if I bring it to the genius bar and they fix it (at a cost of course since it is accidental cause), will this void the remaining warranty available (mac bought in the UK are covered against manufacturing fault for up to 6 years according to the Selling Act)?

What can I do to improve it?

I do not know exactly when this happened. Is there a way to find out, via the files or internal system? I would like to know as explanations do not add up.
