Why my Galaxy Tab A 9.7" won't respond to touch?

I was using my tablet when suddenly stayed stuck. Unresponsive to touch, I try to reset it to its factory mode, but does not react to any button. Is only the lit screen where he stayed stuck. What I can do?

press and hold power button until screen goes off, then you can turn on it back as usual.
