Use my android phone as a remote control for my android box?
Is there an app, or any other way to use my android phone as a remote control to control my MyMatrixTV android box?

Hi,
The short answer is no.
Since your MyMatrixTV box appears to be controlled by an infra red type remote control unit and your phone does not have the capability to send infra red signals there is no way that what you want can be done.
