Phone screen replaced and now stays stuck on the apple logo,

I had my iPhone 5s replaced today,

I took it to a small shop where they said they would fix it.

When I got back to the shop my phone was work but appeared darker then normal, once I left I realised the screen looked raised and all of a sudden it turned off and restarted.. It then stayed stuck on the apple logo and then went blue or red and restarted again. I literally had no issues with my phone besides the screen being cracked
