Where to connect the wires back where they belong?
Guy took off all the wires to the battery, the starter, plugs, the whole engine. I need to know where they belong for me to reconnect everything?

kelli black start with the Baja 250 wiring diagram to identify where the wires originate from.
You may need a multimeter to check each wire but some will be common wires and you should find the location based on where the wire is. Post a couple of good images with your question, so that we can see what you see. For that use this guide

kelli, Baja Extreme X300 with Suzuki GN250. Found this link to wiring schematic, hope it helps.
Assuming that model in question is actually the Baja Extreme X300 which was distributed in a few different brandings. Believe it or not, the engine is actually taken from a motorcycle manufactured by Suzuki called the GN250.

Baja Wilderness? Baja Canyon? Wilderness Trail? GN250 is actually just a Suzuki engine that has probly been used for your ATV which is not build by Suzuki. Early Baja' s Like the WD250U were made by Jianshe and is a Wilderness Trail. Did the wires get cut or just disconnected? Is the harness still complete?
