while scanning it show this kind of error like, your usb is not properly attached or scanner is not working, and also shows eroor code: 15,156,0.
My printer is in warrenty period but i dont know how to use this warrenty, where to go and call.

If you have a Mac this is what I did and it worked for me.
1 - Place image in scanner.
2 - Turn it on.
3 - Go to System Preferences
4 - Click on Printers and Scanners
5 - Click on the Scan button at the top center of the box
6 - Click on the open Scanner button. A grey Scanner box will appear.
7 - Push start on your Scanner and scanning will commence. I hope this helps.

If your USB is properly connected and still you have error because of drivers. Yes, because of old version of drivers. Just uninstall the old one and replace them wit new drivers which you should install from official Canon printer website. After installing drivers, run your scanner if still the error occurs then checkCanon Pixma Mg2570 Manual for other troubleshooting ideas.
