You can try a reset:
- Turn on the HP device
- Unplug the power cord to the unit while it is switched on
- Keep the power cord within reach
- Press "#" (hash) and "6" (six) at the same time and keep them
- Plug the power cord back in while pushing the buttons
If the message on the display: "Initialization", "Semi-Full reset" or "Semi-NVM Reset" appears, release the buttons. Then set the country and language again. By this reset the electronics of the HP device is reinitialised and overwritten or formatted in this context, the device's internal memory.
