My iPhone 5s screen cracked . its a white iPhone with a white screen . can i replace the screen with a black iPhone 5s screen?

You can use any colored screen you want on any mobile phone device pretty much. And yes you can definitely use a black screen on a white iPhone and vice versa.
The problem is that you need to use the same home button that originally came with your phone as the touchID / fingerprint scanner or sensor is linked to the logic board.
So basically you will have a black screen with a white home button to retain fingerprint functionality.
