1 Why every sensors on my phone not working?
hello, just recently, i noticed that my galaxy note 3 sensors are not working anymore.
i run the HWmoduletest (*#0*#) and found the sensors stopped. i have tried factory reset but it's not working. is this hardware issue by any chance? and so, is there any way to fix it??

Can you confirm that the screen does not go black during a call when you put the phone near your ear?

Yup, the screen stay on when i put it near ear during call
and it's not only proximity sensor which not working but also every other sensors (except microphone)

Have you tried restoring system software via Samsung Kies or ODIN with downloaded samsung firmware from sammobile website with the phone in download mode (make sure you get matching model number before downloading firmware of your phone)?

If you use ODIN to flash the system firmware onto your phone it won't wipe the data it will simply update your phone to the firmware you are putting on it.
But if you use Samsung Kies that will both update the system software and wipe the phone at the same time.
