I'm stuck on the screen that say factory reset

well what had happen is that is was updating my blu studio 5.0 and be the update was is fall out my hadns when i put the back and turnd it on it try to fatory reset is keep on brting me back to the factory rest page...

Now how can i fix it to get on the screen please and thank? and now it's stuck on that sceen
