Any good way to replace the volume buttons circuit?

I have accidentally ripped the ribbon cable linking the buttons to the main board while fixing my alcatel onetouch idol x. I do not own a soldering iron nor i cant find any pieces online. i have also accidentally removed the vibrate object and cant re-place it into the device.
