Screen just light's up
My Grand-son had the charger plugged in while playing on Tablet, it went blank and now the screen just light's up but nothing else.
Is there a problum with my battery or something else, and what can I do to fix it.
We have a lot of kids games for the younger baby on there to play
Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button for 20 seconds or so, if that doesn't help then disconnect and reconnect the battery. These simple steps are often what solve problems like this that just appear without any sign of damage.
