Fixing Water damage - Fans full blast and Slow kernel

Posted a few weeks ago and question was never answered... hope someone can point me in right direction. Have macbook air 13 that had very slight water damage. Machine didnt' power on. Cleaned board, and was able to boot. Machine runs extremely slow with kernel taking up all the memory and fans operation 6200+rpm.

Installed SMC fan control and it indicated machine thought temp was at 128C. Clearly an issue with the temp sensor.

Also: the maglight never turns on , whether with battery plugged in or not..:

I ran diagnostics and got the following messages:

Is the temp sensor on the motherboard or DCin?

There may be an issue with the power adaptor or it may not be connected

Reference Code: PPP007

There may be an issue with the system management controller (SMC)

Reference Code: PFM006

There may be an issue with the power management system.

Refernece Code: PPN001

Tried resetting PRAM and SMC.

What should I try next?

Thanks.
