How do I fix the touch from Water Damage

Water damage is bad as the internal parts start to corrode after time. However if the damage you are referring to is water still in the screen itself I would place your device in a bowl of rice for a couple of hours. The rice will absorb the moisture in the device and potentially leave it with bare minimal water in the screen.
