MacBook won't boot and don't chime, what to do?

I have a Macbook 13" Early 2009 A1181.

I use a external monitor because the inverter is gone.

Yesterday, I turn on my Mac and the chime was looping.

So, I turn off my macbook, and after this, when i turn on, the macbook doesn't boot, and have no chime. In 3 or 5 seconds, the machine shuts down and then turn on, alone. But don't start the OSX.

I try to reset SMC, and the PRAM, no success.

I try a powercycle, and always after this process, the cooler sounds very loud, but the system don't start too.

Note: My battery is over and i work only by the magsafe power.

Someone can help?
