Help! My Rca Viking pro tablet is acting funky,why?

I have an Rca Viking pro tablet . It has survived a few drops and some rather rough conditions but still seemed to be fine . Until now, and I'm not sure if it's due to the drops or if there's some kind of virus on it. At first sign of problems , I would get bumped off chrome , and occasionally my camera app. I tried everything I could think of before having to do a factory reset. Then I actually did one. I figured it would fix all problems I was having but as I started the setup process - it began glitching between the date set up page and the page where u choose new device or back up. I finally got it to complete the setup but still no change so the second time I unchecked the back up option, then did another reset. It glitched a few more times thru the startup process but I eventually got it done. This time I downloaded a few other browser apps to try and so far they all get bumped off as so does the camera. But now there's another problem , all the updates for google play were unable to be updated. Why is this happening , please someone help me cuz I didn't buy the 3 month extended warranty and I've only had it since Xmas.
